Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PixelPulse, we strive to provide the best website design and development services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Before Project Start:
    If you wish to cancel the project before work has begun, you may do so by notifying us in writing at pulsedigitalservice@gmail.com A full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable fees (e.g., consultation or administrative fees).

  • After Project Start:
    If you cancel the project after work has begun, refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any payments made for completed work are non-refundable.


2. Cancellation by PixelPulse

We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment by the client.

  • Unavailability of required information or resources from the client.

  • Violation of our terms and conditions.

In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for any uncompleted work.


3. Refund Process

  •  Refund Request: To request a refund, contact us at pulsedigitalservice@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Refund Approval: Refunds are approved within 7-10 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: The refunded amount may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payments for completed work.

  • Consultation or administrative fees.

  • Razorpay Payment Gateway fees and currency conversion fees
